Live Podcast Recording for #LastThingsFirst
I had such a blast being interviewed on Sean L. McCarthy's podcast #LastThingsFirst recorded live at QED Astoria. We talked Broadway, storytelling, teaching, and all things in between. And there's a slide whistle! Musical intro by Camille Harris and Shockwave!
Per The Comic's Comic: Leslie Goshko joins me in a special episode recorded live at QED in Astoria. She's featured on a new episode of truTV's Impractical Jokers, but there’s nothing impractical about going from teaching music and theater in Tulsa to the Broadway stage, at least the way she tells it. Goshko won a national dance contest held in 2006 by the producers of Hairspray to appear in the Broadway production. She’s a gifted storyteller who has won the Manhattan Monologue Slam, provides music for NY1 anchors Pat Kiernan and Jamie Stelter’s live shows at 92Y, sings regularly at Joe’s Pub and has hosted her storytelling showcase, Sideshow Goshko, for the past seven years. She tells me all about her journey, what storytelling means to her, and performs a song live for us.

I'm a BAM Exhibition!...
...Well, I'm a *part* of a BAM exhibition. The multi-talented and charming artist Lisa Levy created the newest BAM exhibition entitled, "What Makes You So Special." In it, she interviews artists and performers from all different mediums and finds out how they've become the person they are today. You can check it out live at BAM (Brooklyn Academy of Music) or just head over to their website. (Scroll down to the bottom of the page and you'll see--or rather hear--my interview.)
HUGE thanks to Lisa for including me in this amazing exhibition and best of luck throughout the rest of its run at BAM! So excited and honored to be a part of it.

Great Interview on Bedford + Bowery!
I'm thrilled to be featured in this interview over at Bedford + Bowery (a New York Magazine collaboration) covering the 5 year anniversary show of Sideshow Goshko! Big thanks to Jenna Marotta and B+B for the coverage.
My favorite line: When asked, “What does the five year anniversary mean to you?” Goshko deadpans. “So much alcohol.”
It's true.

Recently Interviewed by Author Gwendolyn Glover!
I'm very lucky to know some pretty kick a** people. One of them is author Gwendolyn Glover (check her out HERE). Recently, she took time out of her busy schedule to send some questions my way and pick my brain. I happily obliged. Check out the interview where I divulge information about Canadians, roaches, and my onstage nakedness:
